Overcoming Fear of Death

The Fear of Death or Thanatophobia as it is known in medical terms, is one of the most commonly observed phobias. This can represent the fear of dying or fear of anything that shows association to death.

There are several ways in which you can overcome the fear of death. Some of the common ways include:
  • Think of it as a natural cycle: It is very important that you come to terms with the fact that, anyone who is born must also die and that there is nothing unnatural about it. Everyone has to die some day or the other.
  • Try to share your fears with someone: A good way to lessen your fears is to share it with someone you can trust. Avoid going to the therapist unless your condition is too extreme.
  • Try to have a positive attitude towards life: An optimistic outlook is very important to overcome your fears.
  • Enjoy your life to the fullest: Live each day as it comes. Fill your life with happiness and live to the fullest. Meet people, play, go out with friends and try to be merry.
There are many ways in which we can overcome the fear of death. first i should be strong and self confident. Then i can be strong and able to fight against these Thanatophobia. Be optimistic outlook is very important. Have a positive attitude towards life, Then you can be happy whole the life.
