As pointed earlier most threats to men’s health can be prevented. Listed below are the top threats and the ways to cope with them:
Cancer: Lung cancer is estimated as the number one cause of cancer deaths in men primarily due to cigarette smoking. Then is prostate cancer which ranks second and colorectal cancer is the third leading type of cancer that causes most deaths among men. If you want to reduce the risk of developing these cancers, follow the measures listed below:
  • Stop smoking or using any tobacco products
  • Live an active lifestyle filled with lots of physical activity
  • Eat a well balanced diet rich in vegetables and fruits. Try to avoid the intake of high-fat foods
  • Keep a check on your weight
